An exchange or return policy on our product,s still in their factory sealed boxes  (in resellable condition  with original proof of purchase) is offered by Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc within 5 days of your original purchase date. Please note a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be applied to all authorized returns except for defective returns.You can fill out the form here. Please note unauthorized returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.

Non Returnable Goods :

1. Refurbished goods are sold “as is” for all waranty or repair issues  please contact the manufaturer.
2.  No Returns on opened Software , due to copyright laws , exchange only for the same product if defective.
3. No Returns on non-comptability issues, customized PC’s, Special order, liquidation and clearance items  and Optional upgrades such as hdd,memory,video cards etc.
4. Opened Toner and ink catridges
5. Products from Lenovo , Toshiba and Hewlett-Packard are repair only , Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc. will not credit, replace or exchange these products. It is important you fill out the warranty product cards to ensure coverage. Please contact us to for any help.
6. All products are sold with manufacturers Warranty unless stated otherwise, please fill out all warranty cards. All Products will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

The client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges back to Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc. including risk of loss on returned goods.All setup ,installation and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Refunds on authorized Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-days after we receive the order back to us within 7 -10 days.

Recycling Fees

If a refund is authorized then EHF (Environmental Handling Fees are refunded).

Shipping and Handling

Fees you as the buyer are reponsible for, associated with your purchase including but not limited to shiping and handling and other applicable fees.Standard Shipping rates are applied to your order, our Liability for any Damage is limited by the Carrier’s terms and conditions.If needed and you wish to purchase addtional insurance please contact prior to placing your order and we will gladly help with the transaction. Please note we can not guarantee any delivery date/time  information which is passed on to us by the Carrier.
