An exchange or return policy on our product,s still in their factory sealed boxes (in resellable condition with original proof of purchase) is offered by Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc within 5 days of your original purchase date. The client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges back to Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc. including risk of loss on returned goods.All setup ,installation and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Refunds on authorized Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-days after we receive the order back to us within 7 -10 days.
